


Our company was registered on August 1999 and our main business is servicing personal computer, servers and installation networking (LAN).. Additionally, we do provide networking administration to administer LAN for small office.
We have registered with TSA (Tmnet Service Agent). Our job is to rectify and diagnose PC, hardware and connection problem to make sure all the TMnet customer can get connected to the Internet. We have to do it on-site. Our customer comprise of home users to corporate users.
Currently, we have 4 groups of people roaming around the Klang Valley area to provide the services for the customers. Each group has their own coverage area.
At beginning of this year, we have expanded our
services by supplying IT hardware, peripheral and installation of OS to small
organization and also for individual customer.
We provide service from installation, internet connection and e-mail for all
operating systems. Our services are from installing the OS, configure connection
to the internet, configure e-mail, configure printer and software solution.
We also specialize in LINUX Red Hat operating system. In addition, we provide
Linux Red Hat server for clients.
As a TSA (TMnet service agent) our customers
are mainly home and offices users. When the TMnet customer have problem logging
in to the internet, they will call TMnet helpdesk for assistance. If the TMnet
help desk found out that the problem is not theirs, then they will ask the
customer to contact us and if the customer agrees to accept our services,
we will attend to their premises.
For Home User, normally we setup their Internet Connection and upgrade it
if necessary. At the same time, we will setup their e-mail account.
For corporate user still the same only sometime we have to check their LAN/WAN to make sure their network working properly.
Certain company will engage us to look after their IT system on contract basis. We'll make sure system working as expected and notify them if there is any problem. We will attend to our customer place on weekly or monthly for a duration in the contract.
We will make a report about the hardware and
software profile and inform our customer before the problem arises. Advice
will be given to make sure the system running smoothly
