We will find the problem of the system and try to solve it on site and if the hardware is slow or the customer wants more up-to-date hardware, we will consult them on which hardware is the best for the system afterwards, we will install it for them
iii Audit and budgeting of a hardware and system.

We will list out the prices that the customer requested for upgrading or repairing. In addition we will suggest which hardware that is suitable for our customer according to their budget.
